What's the best way to keep cock and balls shaved, smooth and complete hair-free for mistress?
Mistress holds "surprise inspections" and any hairs are either plucked out or result in my being locked up in punishment

Yep - easy to do, and the other options (waxing or hair removal creams) probably shouldn't be used in that area (Ouch!)
If you were a real masochist, you go for electrolysis - it's supposed to be painful but it's a permanent solution...

You can use depilation creams around your genitals just be careful with how long you leave them on for and make sure you moisturise the area afterwards. That is what i did any way.
Electrolysis is a long term solution but as i understand it you need to go for several sessions and can be quite expensive.
