there's a reason kate never shows her feet without shoes, and hides them when they're bare. this infamous out-take is it, and was only up on the site for a day before it went down. i don't mind one bit, it's more of a curiousity like the fed-ex arrow: until you read that she's always hiding her feet, you don't notice, and once you know you always keep noticing
