Finding teases with sound.....

How do I find teases with sound and/or videos. Even if the tease points you to a site with a video. I like the ones with the ticking sounds but can't find many. Is there a way to search for teases with just sound?

All the ones with sound in them are Flashteases
a few 'regular' tease ask for you to use a metronome.
some have sound label, but the author has to add it.
So you have to search through
