A Medical Question?

So, I've been wondering... when I use the bathroom after being teased and then denied I, like many other people, see that some semen is ejected with my urine. My main question is... does this really by-pass the idea of "filling up one's balls"?
If it amounts to basically emptying all that you've built up, is there some way to prevent this? After all, isn't that what those of us who are being denied and seeking denial are, to an extent, after?
I am very confused.... =/

This happens due to retrograde ejaculation. Stopping the flow of the ejaculation at the point of orgasm (or very very close to it) will cause you to ejaculate (a little bit) into the bladder sometimes. AFAIK it's not harmful.
Also: I don't think being teased and denied has anything to do with a build up of sperm at all, it's a chemical and psychological thing above all. You don't really produce more sperm when you are being teased up to a certain point. After that it's all psychological.

hmm interesting, thanks for the response.
I had figured there was no harm done, surely its a way for the body to keep itself cleaned out.

Well this is not way for the body to keep itself in good health. Wet dream sure is, but this is result of your tampering. When you just stop stimulation cum will get out, even if it is one drop, but when you bock it's path it can get into your bladder which is unwanted - but it's not dangerous (not clear, some say it is dangerous because blocking urethra is generally bad thing).
I suggest that you should use your willpower only. By blocking urethra you don't achieve anything. Cum that is pass prostate will get out one way or another no matter what you will do. So try to keep the process as much natural as possible.
IMHO you should focus on denial and not how full your balls are. You will have to cum or milk yourself to keep prostate in good condition so you won't be able to fill your balls quite well.
