Since it's a topical point for me as my birthday was yesterday (woo!), I was wondering if the various guys and gals here had an opinion as to whether or not it's alright to put the whole Tease & Denial thing on hold for certain special occasions/birthdays etc, or if there are specific aspects of it that you would implement/remove especially on such days.

Should a guy be allowed relief on his birthday, at Christmas or something similar? Or should his balls stay swollen regardless? In fact, would a suitable birthday present simply be further teasing? :P
