is it safe to have full cum filled balls for a week or more... i have heard that it is unhealthy and can cause damage. does anyone know if its ok or how long can you go before you need to empty them one way or another

First, I am not a doctor or medical professional of any sort. The following is my own opinion based on things I've read or tried myself.

A week isn't a very long time to go without orgasm. My personal longest is just over two weeks, but there are plenty of people here who have done a month or more. In general your body takes care of itself, leaking pre-cum or even having a wet dream to expel built-up fluid. As long as you're not doing things to prevent these natural releases of pressure, you should be able to go much longer than a week and still be perfectly safe and healthy.

I've heard it said, though, that in order to maintain good prostate health some form of release should be had at least once a month. Now a month is a rather arbitrary number, and I'm of the opinion that everyone is a little different. Some might be able to go much longer and still be healthy, while others may need release every couple weeks. (Any of you think I can convince my Goddess that I'm one who should only go a couple weeks?)

Of course this release doesn't have to be an orgasm. If you have a wet dream, you're okay. If not, prostate milking also does the trick. Even a ruined orgasm will release the pressure. So good luck, and by all means, push your limit. Go longer than you think you can.

Seminal fluid as well as the semen has a biological breakdown period of about 7 days.


(in my own experience the orgasm becomes less intense after this period but that might not be the same for everyone.)
