so im a psych minor in college and im reading an article for class which deals with CBT. no before your minds start going rampant with fantasies. CBT actually means "cognitive behavior therapy." but this article is impossible to read because all i think of is cock and ball torture!@!@!@ hahaha thank you all for conditioning my mind to an incorrect translation of cbt!
