Search does not look into tags

I just realised that the regular search function doesn't look into tags --- for example when I enter in 'shemale' I get a lot of results but not this one
http://www.milovana.com/webteases/showtease.php?id=432
((presumably because, despite having 'shemale' tag - it doesn't have the word 'shemale' in the title nor body of the tease))
Advanced search (filter by tags ) does work properly.
Is it intended behaviour for the default search to ignore tags?
