Torrent would be nice or other methods. But still thanks, looks interesting

I would happily make and share as a torrent, but I’ve never made a torrent before and I don’t know how.

Planning to upload the individual rounds, as well, after Part 5.

This is a creative work, the type of, IMHO, we get 1-2 creations per year. I am amazed how you managed to set the mood and create a story with relatively simple materials and effects, I think you are a genius! And I am saying that despite not really liking the porn used, but the idea is so amazing that it could aswell be intenional (because this is "just the part 1").

I haven't completed the first episode. I made it to the Milf section on my first attempt. I see a solid theme here, and a nod to a prior creator that I can tell you respect as much as I do. This is definitely a solid piece, and a non-canonical addition to the Island series. I see similarities in the work, and can tell that you are breathing your own life into this series. It brings something fresh with a feeling of nostalgia. Both in the similarities to Required's work and the content. The Island series is something I find myself going back to. I am looking forward to your series, and hope that it pulls me back often. Here's to hoping I can make it through the first video on my second attempt.

Lol, I loved it.
I enjoyed so much the little references and all the work you put into it.

It's very nicely done. I loved the music, the old-school videogame style, the little 8bit caricatures of the girls you encounter...very, very nice.

Just a few things I noticed that you may want to fix for following chapters:

·Work on the font for the "on screen instructions". You made all those animations and illustrations... but you used Arial for the instructions? Find a better font for the instructions, with more personality. Improve the "Boss Round" animation as well. Devils's in the details.

·The instructions need to appear a bit earlier. The player must know when the beat is about to change a little bit before it does.

·You need to work a little bit more in the narrative. I got a little lost. I like the story, but I need more info sometimes, and I need a little more time to read the text, at some parts.

·The video selection is great, but bold. I loved the girls, but it shows your age, my friend.

·More variety in girl department would be great. Add more scenes to your rounds. It takes more time, but the result is far superior.

·Also, it would help to improve the final product if you use 1080p videos, or at least in 16:9 aspect ratio.

·Boss round after every round? It adds more difficulty but make the boss rounds less special. Interesting creative choice, tho.

·Too many glitches effects in the ending, maybe? It distracts me from the important a little bit, and at some point I doubted if it was your intention, or my file war corrupt.

Lets see where you take the story.

I will edit my original post to add the torrent link and hopefully do the same for parts 2-5.

While I was obviously hoping that you’d come across this eventually, I have to say that I’m completely gobsmacked that you’re already here. I hope you’re going to be following the weekly releases and I’m excited to hear what you think.

I really appreciate your kind words, as well as your detailed feedback. It means a lot that to me that you took the time to write this up. I’m looking forward to responding to each of your specific notes, but I want to wait until the entire project has been released. Some of the things that you pointed out are intentional and might make more sense at the end.

But the font? I have no excuse. That’s a massive oversight that’s probably too late to fix. I can’t believe how much time I spent on Beatmeters and 8bit sprites just to leave the instructions in fucking Arial.

CH Shadowlands: Part 2 MEGA LINK

I was excited to see part 2 drop a day early. I like the overlapping storyline that ties back to the original island series. You picked some great rounds to use for this as well.

Really amazing work! I agree with the comment above that this is something you see only once or twice a year if that from a orginality point of view!

You wouldn’t happen to have the click track available? A great funscript could be made :)
