I'm trying to find a site that was linked here a long time ago. the site let you set up a profile and select task for you to do as well as punishments. there were community options for you to select from as well as making custom ones. It was a pretty basic site just black and white text as far as I remember.

There are several apps (at least for Android) that can do that as well.

I think I remember the site from your description, and the name I remember was "Kinky Dares". There's kinkydares.com, it looks very different from what I remember but kind of fits? If this is not it, let us know if you find it

i don't think this is quite it. ill look around more with an account. The site i am tiring to remember let you create or use community made tasks and punishments to do. you would roll for something everyday from your collection and you would have the option to cum based an the settings you made at the start. some community ones would be, go do X webtease or, watch this joi. stuff like that
