Setup for "Penelope", what is "parallel" supposed to mean?

In stimaddicts file archive under FallenAngel is a txt file with descriptions and recommended setups regarding the files. For "Penelope" which I've used in normal tri-phase until now that I've read it, it states:
Ch A: one CR loop in the middle of the shaft + one CR loop behind my balls
Ch B: two TENS pads in my thighs connected in parallel + one big electrode that covered my balls
Which I don't quite get since that's three electrodes on channel B. Also what does "in parallel" mean in this context and how do I do it? Is there a possibility someone here could explain that to me or maybe make a small visual for me wether it's an image, diagram or anything?

Thanks in advance folks!

He's saying the TENS pads are wired together so that's connected to one side of the channel with the big electrode covering the balls as the other side of the channel.

In other words, one wire leads to the TENS pads and the other side balls.

Well yes, but each pad needs a wire, if one wire is already occupied by the pad on the balls, there's only one end left for two connections needed. Or am I missing something? Are there pads that are connected to each other by themselves and only have one input needed? Or are there wires with more than two outputs?

I only know of singular pads which need an input each like https://www.amazon.de/Baxcdyswe-Electro ... C93&sr=8-6 for example
