What you're describing really rings a bell, but the keywords you recall are pretty common around here.
Are you sure it was an EOS tease and not a flash tease?

I tried doing a search using the query and naturally there were quite a few matches (32 to be percise). None of them stood out for me as potential matches, but given the output and thumbnails you might have better luck.
