Okay, I found it, using the 4.3 version (and some previous too) you can go Directories>imput PMV for CockHero, and then create it.

The program scans the beat and designs beat with beatmeter for it.

The only thing I miss is that it's so hard to change the speed, the parameters they give you help, but just a little bit.
So, Pro programmers, feel free to try to make it able to have x2 speed in the beat or things like that.
IMPORTANT The files in the folder "Cock_Hero_Fns" are NOT the ones the program uses, you have to find it, I couldn't.
But even without the possible improvements, it's quite good.
