I really liked your Rise of Pax vidstim though! I had a couple of questions:
1) The second segment (the Foo Fighters one) comes across to my eyes and ears as a Cock Hero track, compared to the other (IMHO) more immersive segments. Was that intentional and/or is it a repurposed Cock Hero? Just seemed a little incongruous.
2) I am a big giant wuss so I turned the volume dial all the way down for the pain segments. Out of curiosity, I did turn it up at a later pain segment and was pleasantly surprised at how much it just felt like a teasing/edging track. Was that intentional? Is the pain meant to be more "mentally torturous pain" than your standard "electro whipping your dick until you worry you'll damage a nerve ending"?
As someone who is absolutely NOT into estim for pain tracks, I'm certainly not complaining!

TENS units are generally not advised for estim of your genitals as they're not really designed for it and the signals will be overly harsh.
You'll get far better results using the DIY guide on this website and it won't cost you much.
If that thought scares you, you can get purpose made estim boxes. The ET312b was king until they ceased production, but I believe there is now a replacement model. These boxes cost a LOT more and lose some of the signal nuance due to the processing they do before it reaches the electrodes. But they might give you more peace of mind than trying to build one yourself
To answer the nub of your question though, you need some kind of estim box that takes in an audio signal to play files shared on this website. Your estim box should have two pairs of two leads connected to it: two represent Channel A and two represent Channel B.
There are two ways of them connecting: dual and triphase.
In dual, everything is wired separately: you might attach one part of Channel A to your frenulum and another to the base of your shaft, while channel B might have one lead at one end of an anal insertable and the other at the other end. (In this case, the insertable would be bipolar, meaning each contact is isolated from the other).
In triphase, one electrode from Channel A goes to one area, one electrode from Channel B goes to the other and a "common" electrode takes both remaining leads from A and B. This can create phantom sensation between the separated A and B leads.
