Collarspace is mostly dead as a site unfortunately, while there are still a decent amount of active users the actual operating team is quite small and tends to be chronically overworked and underequipped (I'm fairly sure they are manually reviewing profiles meaning yours likely just got forgotten about). I'd try changing something minor on the profile and submitting it again... hopefully that will get it approved.
