From the English Manision video Mummified Machine Milking, anyone who knows what this device is called, it looks like some kind of motor device that vibrates a makeup brush for cruel teasing.
But my guess is The English Mansion People has not build something, but bought something and repuposed it in another way or maybe bought it as a finished product, but I have no luck finding info so far, the controls also looks like a more advanced thing.

I've been an aficionado of machine sex for a long time.
As far as I can tell, there isn't any commercial machine like this, it's either custom built or another device repurposed for specific use. Could even be device made for a makeup testing quality control center. I used to work for a company that had a machine designed to test durability of a steel vacuum bottle by vibrating it (to try and dislodge the "grip", a piece of air-absorbing material spot welded to a point in the liner).
It's not hard to build simple machines, why would you say English Mansion didn't make it? Certainly there's some PA or technician with the studio who could. I built a fuck machine for $150 with some actuators and rods from Amazon.
If you haven't seen the wilder side, check out House of Gord. You want complicated stuff and wild-ass machines? That's the place.
