Hi. I was wondering whether anyone has had experience of using Lindocaine (numbing cream) ans ESTIM. Is it possible to get an errection via the ESTIM but not have any feeling if the electricity? Would the HFO not result in the normal pleasurable effect of an orgasm? It is something I intend to try, but am curious about other people's experiences.

I played with that. It is possible but I would not recommend it, since estim can hurt your nerves, you will not want to be numbed to not feel it if it is too strong.
Rather try stimming with volume reduced to level below you feel it, it will still give you erection, same effect but you don't need any pharmaceuticals.

The ejaculation is result of contractions of pelvic floor muscles (a reflex), if you keep doing it you can experience HFO even without estim, while orgasm happens in the brain and can happen regardless of what is going on with your genitals, both can be achieved with/without estim or numbing cream.

If your motivation to try this is oversensitivity/premature ejaculation, just try going into session without goal to have an orgasm, try staying maximally relaxed and enjoy the session, every second, do not think about the goals, end etc, just relax and be in the moment.

I think replaying known session on same volume is safe and great way to explore, and I won't advise you to not to do it, because... exploring is great, you have another experience under your belt.

As for ruined orgasm... that part I would not strive for like that. I try to avoid ejaculating whenever I can since that depletes your energy levels (you know, your body requires energy and minerals/proteins to create cum). And from all possible ways to experience that, I think that the most fun would be playing something that has edging signals and then stops.
I am currently reworking estim for one of my favorites - Rhythms of Desire EE to make edges even more intense and to add full stops after them (no signal when no stroking in CH version), if you play that and get to edges as instructed, there you can experience properly ruined orgasms
And I prefer to keep ejaculation during ruined orgasms to a minimum, just few drops so you get small pressure release, you get small rewarding orgasm, but you keep your desire and can keep playing.

I don't think that would work like you expect. Estim doesn't magically make you cum, the electricity stimulates the nerves which creates pleasure and the pleasure makes you cum. If you numb the nerves in your sensitive bits to the point you don't feel enough pleasure anymore, you will also not cum.

I had a similar experience when I was on doctor prescribed NSAIDs for an inflammation on the knee. I discovered that sensation down below while stimming was rather diminished and to compensate I would have to crank up the volume quite a bit higher than normal. I decided this was probably not a good idea, so I laid off the estim for a couple of weeks.

If you want a ruined orgasm experience: just stim normally, and cut the signal right when you're past the point of no return.
