To travel to see family and remain denied, until New Year's Eve (hopefully - as this is what she promised, but Valentine's day was also mentioned - I really hope it's the former no the latter)

I had lasagna and spent time with my mom. I didn't visit relatives. It was a peaceful days spent watching movies and drinking cocoa.

hello profit princess and seasons greetings.
I spent 10 days in Spain with my g/f which was OK, but as ever didn't include any sex or teasing :weep: I'm now back in the UK, have packed for 5 days tripping round visiting her family (she's in the bedroom packing whilst I get 10 mins "checking my emails"!!!) so as we'll be sleeping on sofas and spare beds for the next few nights there's no danger of any sex or denial :weep: :weep:
Yes, I know, sounds exciting doesn't it?! but, hey....that's my life & why I'm such a sad little tosser who can't get enough of this site
Happy New Year to you all

I worked. :-/
Yep, that's right, some of us poor folks still work on holidays. No time off for nostalgic, commercial, holidays.

Just kidding. I'm not a scrooge. I'm not a scrooge. I'm not a scrooge. Believe me yet?

In all seriousness, I did work. One of us has to and since the rest of my crew has family to spend the holidays with (and I don't) I always volunteer to work the holidays and let them enjoy their time with loved ones. I figure that's better than any gift I could buy them anyway.

I'll be working New Years as well because, yet again, someone has to and my supervisor always does a special night with a dinner/party/celebration thing at some fancy hotel with his wife for New Years. So I always volunteer to work that as well and let him go do his thing. I'm not entirely sure he enjoys it, (he certainly complains enough about the cost of it) but his wife does, so perhaps I'm really just giving her a gift on that one.
