I have noticed that some people before me tried to make a tease like this and ran into problems with the rules. I have tried to make this tease abide all of them, while still making it exciting for those with the fantasy. I think it's best if I explain which measures I have taken in advance.

The scope of non-consent is limited and pre-agreed. For example: I agree to give you this picture and you will use it to force me to eat my cum. You don't use the picture for any other purpose and you don't keep the picture beyond the pre-agreed duration.

I believe this is fulfilled to a reasonable extent. The only case which could be debated in the regard is the case where the user chooses to receive a sexual task from me which they have to do.
This is still limited, in that it's only a single task. However, while that a task is given is pre-agreed, what exactly it is is not.
The reason for that is that I want to tailor the task to the user. If this option is selected, they are told to include a list of their likes and especially an extensive list of all their limits in the E-mail. I will use this list to decide a task I think they would be excited about getting blackmailed into without the task breaking any limit.
As I provide a safeword, which can be used in case I estimate things wrong and pick a bad task, I believe this poses no additional risk to safety or consent. It's like a bondage game with safeword where the sub doesn't know exactly what I will do to them in advance.

If absolutely necessary I could try to split this up into predefined tasks, but I really don't see which advantage this has for the player.

There is an escape hatch. This is a safeword or some equivalent. BM is no different from impact play or any other BDSM practice where a situation may arise that is unexpectedly more intense, dangerous, etc. than what the sub signed up for and in such a situation there must be a way for the sub to be able to actively withdraw consent.

I provide a safeword at the end of the tease if the player selects that they have send me blackmail material. So this is a given.

All participants consent. When you ask for (as dom) or provide (as sub) information about third parties, this is involving people who did not consent and is therefore unethical. The same goes for sending NSFW content to someone who didn't consent to receiving it or publishing it somewhere that isn't suited for such content.

In all options that feature third-party involvement, I instruct the player to ensure that the other involved people consent to the game.

In the route where the player decides to not have me as the one that blackmails them, that is all I can do. No information ever comes to me or is passed through my hands in this scenario, so I'm incapable of doing more. Here I can just rely on the player being reasonable, just as a couple tease can just assume that the partner consented to participating.

In the other route, where information is send to me, I take an additional precaution. As I state at the end of the tease, I will contact third parties to ask them about consent before actually sending them anything.

Of course, involving a third-party at all is also completely optional.

Fantasy may be extreme, reality must be moderate. You must never play with real BM information that would do significant harm to either participant or third parties. If you want to engage in this fetish despite all warnings, at least stick to information that is embarrassing or inconvenient to yourself only.

What is dangerous information varies from person to person. This tease can be played without providing any information, providing incredible vague information like ones ZIP-code, but also with things like pictures with face.

I warn the player about not picking any options they can't afford. I believe it is generally reasonable to have them decide on their own what is fine and what isn't.

The BM parts must be optional. I.e. there must be a way to complete the tease as a fantasy without submitting information for real.

One can both select no recipent or, if one selects me, one can in principle proceed without selecting and blackmail material. Generally, every person has control over the E-mail they compose.

We do not allow teases which are impossible to complete at all without payment and that of course includes BM teases. To comply with this rule the tease must be able to be completed without submitting BM info and without paying. To maximize the odds of a BM tease involving findom being accepted, you could charge only those users who choose to engage in interactive BM. You should charge them before they submit information. I.e. the user is paying for your time and the BM task is about something other than money.

I have an optional, not particularly encouraged, findom option, as I know there are people who enjoy that particular fantasy. The amount involved is also entirely up to the player and as usual one can safeword out.

Charging in advance makes no sense for me - it wouldn't play into the fantasy - so if this should be a problem let me know. Removing the option is one click and I don't actually care about the money in itself.

This is by far the most exciting high I ever felt after a tease. Even during the tease/ puzzles, I was certain I would cancel the e-mail due to having a (ruined) orgasm

Awesome tease. I really had fun following along and was pretty thrilled at all times.

That said, it is only one task per person. I don't plan to take everyone on as my personal sub or anything. So the amount of work for me is still managable.

It does sound really fun. I've been curious about blackmail, but I could never do it with someone I didn't trust 100%. That said the tease is very well made, I played through a bit of it to get an idea, and it was really hot. I am tempted, but my common sense tells me no, don't do it.

That's probably the sane approach to take.
Given, you could do it and restrict yourself to information which wouldn't actually be harmful to you when exposed, like only your ZIP code. Then again, if what you look for is the thrill of bad consequences being possible, that won't get you there either.

That's it exactly. For the thrill to be there, the risk has to be there I think. Although if you trust the person as I said, maybe the risk wouldn't be there either. It's a complicated fetish.
