Is there any "normal" lube that is good for estim or is specialist conductive lube the only way to go. I have some silicone lube that lasts for ages but doubt it's good for stimming

I'm particularly interested in long lasting lube, for long sessions...

Also, I have got a diamond urethra plug from estim systems and want to try for a hfo with it. Will cumming with it in situ hurt at all?

I don't have much experience on estim... I'm eager to try but only have one anal toy for that.
But, from what I tried, effectively, don't use silicone lube such as Uberlube. Silicone is an insulator, so it will cut off any electrical flow.

(but that lubricant is really good for any other play session except with some silicone sextoys)

for cheap estim lube i use this stuff: Parker Labs Spectra 360

I ordered 3 tubes of that, paid about $16, they sent me 4 tubes. Kind of "cakey". Only having tried 2 brands, electro gel fro Estim systems is my favourite. Like hand sanitizer, but not so runny. Too bad the shipping kills the deal.
Any other smooth gels that are affordable to the US? Or am I stuck with Spectra?

I have always found the Spectra 360 gel from Parker Labs to be the best.

K Lube powder: mix 2 tbsp with 500ml water (as directed) for an extra thick, durable water-based lube. It's a little thicker than a quality hand sanitizer, very "slime-y" in how it pours and sticks to surfaces, and just a tiny bit of moisture will refresh it quite well. It's actually kind of a pain to wash off, because it's persistent.

I mix half a liter at a time and decant about 70ml into a 100ml bottle and fill the rest with water, storing the "concentrate" lube in the fridge. It outlasts Spectra360, makes a great anal lube, and is conductive. I bought one bottle of powder 2 1/2 years ago and there is still a 1/3 remaining. One half-liter will last maybe 3 months, and I stim a couple times a week on average.

Cannot stress how great of an anal lube it makes at regular strength. Like...One lube launcher-full squirted inside, my partner puts a handful on their dildo, and not just pegs me, but *reams me out, thoroughly* and it's never needed re-application.

Google lion lube for a YouTube video. It uses j lube which is basically k lube. Very creamy best back door lube.
