[Question] Converting E-Stim audio into stroking beats

Hi there,
there are multiple teases such as keystroke which features an E-Stim sound.
And if you have such a device I guess it is very nice, but for me I don't have such a device and I don't want to use such a device tbh.
So is there a way to convert E-Stim audio into corresponding stroking beats.
Such as: More intensity leads to faster beats?
