I'm just starting out, today I tried Mr Edge's "Self control course 1".

Let me start by saying that I had been loaded for a few days and immediately had a hard erection, but I found it difficult!

However, I got almost to the end, with lots of oil, up to the two girls together. I literally exploded there!

Since that's a fairly easy CH, my only advice is lots of practice, and don't forget to breathe.
