By far my favorite video/estim combo is Kaidence King Milking Machine:

It's a triphase file, the best setup is common on head, L on balls, R on prostate.

In general, videos with interaction and some sort of plot or progression.
Also AI in merciless control of their captives.
I prefer dual channels, especially when I am lazy and use only one channel.
Channel placement is cock and balls most times.

I'll just mention that if you do a certain setup or file too long, it seems to lose it's sweet spot and switching it up to a different style is a complete revelation. We seem to have a wealth of great creations lately.
