Unable to open chat

I noticed that the chat does not seem to load properly and has not do e for a long time. Is this an issue I have or is there a wider problem?

Uh, Chat's still a thing here? I thought all chat had migrated to Discord!!!

Chat and urge haven't been a thing for at leaat 5 years. They just haven't been removed from the site for some reason.
