Estim configuration is common (left- & right-) to head, left+ to shaft, right+ to under balls or lowest possible to shaft.
Remember it is used for DIY E-Stim Stereo Device. Not sure it will work with other devices.

For the most I am using this:
Fade in/out 1 second
Sample rate 44100 Hz (Slow)
Frequency 810 Hz
Fade out during pauses/slow sections
And then I use Audacity to create some variation.
Most of the time I use the justification for such a fade from 65-110.
But it depends of the length of the video and variation of the video.
Please read the properties of the mp3 file.

In this case comments indicate: 810+Fade
So out of the converter file you added the 65-110 fade as shown below and ready to go, right? Thanks again!

This video has been uploaded to different sites by different people, so I doubt he's the owner. As such, he would have no right to grant (or deny) permission.

MEGA now has a setting that stops bandwidth sharing, so MEGA users are safe from downloaders taking their bandwidth. Also, they reward users when someone makes a new MEGA account in order to download their files. So, with proper settings, it should only be a good thing to have one's MEGA link shared.

Sorry, I thought you were talking about sharing the video. If someone publishes a Mega link on a website, it's in the public domain. The Mega account-owner can easily control if/when the link or its content remain available. If they want to restrict access to content, they password-protect it.
