Our club is hosting a showing of the new Barbie Movie at a local theater!
Wear your best for the pink carpet and cheer each other on in a costume contest!

DRESSING UP ENCOURAGED!!!
(please no nudity, the rest of the theater is open for normal business)

Trophy & prizes for best outfits... gather at 7pm for the preshow, photos, etc, movie starts at 8pm.

Thank you so much to all the Barbies (and Kens) who participated in our movie night!

We rented out an entire screening of The Barbie Movie so that we could be rowdy, raunchy and all dressed up without shocking anyone underage or conservative. We laughed, we cried, we cheered, IT WAS FANTASTIC!

Theater management was enthusiastic about our costume contest and had a good sense of humor, so I would love to host another movie night in the future. It does not have to be a current release! Maybe something like Priscilla, Queen of the Desert? Hedwig and the Angry Inch? Preaching to the Perverted? Kinky Boots? What movies would you like to see together on a big screen?

I like the idea of having widespread Bay Area events so that everyone who wants to gets a chance to party with us (our club started in Santa Cruz). Campbell is a suburb of San Jose and a long drive for some of our more Northern members, but a welcome dose of accessibility for our friends that live in the South Bay.

This week is our IN PERSON munch and first meeting at our NEW LOCATION in San Francisco!
