How to make an EOS tease?

I'm confused as to how to make an EOS tease. The "add a new tease" menu only has options for "Webtease" and "Audio tease". Audio teases only have one slot for an MP3 and one slot for a textbox, and Webteases are the standard webcomic-style slideshows. I'm genuinely confused as to where to enable EOS.
I'm also confused as to why the answer to this question isn't in the FAQ. I would think this would be a frequent question not to know the answer to.
