Usually can’t hear the beat for metronome teases on mobile

Hello, I usually watch the teases on my iPhone in the safari browser. Very frequently over many different teases, I can’t hear anything from them when it’s obvious via the dialogue there should be a beat playing. Any idea how to fix?

I found that if an iphone is set on mute on the side switch, the sounds will not play, so that might be it.

I’ve tried that, all volumes, both ringer and normal sound, are maxed and switch is flipped off of silent. I try it both ways.

I'm pretty sure it won't help but since your problem isn't resolved I wanted to try - I don't know how safari works but in chrome you can mute a tab. However, it will mute all tabs from that website. Verify that this hasn't happened in safari.
