I believe Cock Hero Island counts, if I am not mistaking.

I believe CH Canto series, CH Wizard, and CH Swordquest would fall into that category!

Her are a few series of videos that have an overarching story:

Prime Switch produced Cock Hero Prime University, Prime World and Prime After School

Frantzo produced Lust Dream, and Lust Nightmare 1 and 2.

Pseudonym produced Audition 1-3 (Audition 4 isn't part of the story)

Lovecraft produced the Fantasy series 1-3

Some single Cock Hero episodes with a story that come to mind:

Pretty much anything by Pseudonym has an overarching theme, but I think Binary State, and Blue Magic Challenge are most in line with the story concept.

There are definitely more, but I don't have time right now to go searching through my collection...

...I intended to mention that the Asian Free For All Masters series by AFFAMOfficial definitely has an overarching plot line.

In fact, I'd say it's in stiff competition with Required's Island series for the most ambitious project anyone has undertaken.

I've only had time to do the first part of the first episode so far, but I'm looking forward to it when I get the time.

Hopefully it will be before the final release scheduled for some time in 2024...
