adding pages

I am almost done with a 60 page tease, but now I want to add a few pages after the 4th page. How do I do that without deleting pages?

Their names do have not have to be in order. You can have a go-to in a page point to any other page. If it helps you organize you can add -1, -2, -a, or -b etc to the end of page numbers as well to keep them in order.
