What programs do I need to make Cock Hero Vids? and are there any tutorials posted here, I can't seem to find any.

I'm new here as well, but yes, I don't think you're s'posed to ask this under "Milovana.com Management". That said, to make your cock heroes, you need a video editing software, and I think "DaVinci Resolve", completely free (or atleast, for your purposes), might be a good choice.
As for the beatmeters, google (yep, use google search engine) "beat meter site:milovana.com" . It will show links only from this site which most of them contain instruction on how to add a beatmeter to you CH.
