hello. I see references to different types of strokes - palming, fisting, worship strokes -- are these particular types of strokes? Is there somewhere that explains them.. or are there some teases that teach them?

Quite a list (almost 50 styles- with video too!)
Worship stroke however is subjective
usually means full, firm, strokes going the entire length in a manner that would impress a mistress
Still not sure what a punishment stroke is
(Squeeze real hard?)
