buying => Probably ET312B, but it's discontinued. might be quite some used ones on the market though. Or wait for the Deep by Kink.

Try this:
Estim configuration is common (left- & right-) to head, left+ to shaft, right+ to under balls or lowest possible to shaft.
Remember it is used for DIY E-Stim Stereo Device. Not sure it will work with other devices.

Depends on where you live I guess, but in Germany I can find the ET312B or the MK312 (which is the modern replica, often with more features like bluetooth) easily on different classifieds portals. Price tag is hefty though, around 600-800 Euro for either one.

Newbie here, but when I listen to the mp3 file, it seems like a constant tone. Do I need to run the script with this???

you can use VLSync to watch it synchronized with your video file. you also need a stimming device: viewtopic.php?t=23302
