Webtease Templates

I was thinking of making a monopoly style web tease. But writing is not my strong suit, so I figure that's best left to the community.
Instead, I thought I could create some templates that other people could use if they want. Starting with one based on monopoly.
Feel free to suggest ideas for templates and I may create some more.
