Relatively new member here. Attempted to send PM's to users who have exchanged with previously. They are still in OUTBOX.

Attempted to send PM to board administrator to report / inquire. That is also now in my OUTBOX.

Is there a problem? Can't think of anything I have done which would put me in "time out" !!!

That just means they haven't opened your PM yet.

PMs stay in outbox until the person log in

Thank you both. Didn't know that was how it worked. Did receive response from one member over night.

This is not correct, it stays in the outbox until they read it, regardless of whether they've logged in.
