I though, key word here is thought, that it wasn't exactly very healthy for you to go without ejaculation for extremely long periods of time. I'm not sure if this definately means you have to have an orgasm, just that you need to be "drained" so to speak. Maybe those wet dreams we have at puberty are a way of our body saying it needs to cum lol.

Well as far as i know ... according to recent research findings, occasional ejaculation or other milking of the prostate gland. Helps prevent the buildup of toxins inside said gland and the "cleaning out" can reduce the chance of getting cancer of the prostate.

I just had a brilliant idea to solve that problem. I hope my miss doesnt read this now.
You have to milk yourself but you have to stop after it starts to flow out of your cock. Meaning that you are only allowed to milk a tiny amount. That will probably keep you very horny and frustrated and your balls will stay full all the time.
