I know it could be difficult. I have the same problems with it.

1. Freeze your cum like a ice cube and day later. Before you wanna cum again, eat it. It is not the same as eating fresh sperm directly. But you can eat it more easy. I did it once and it worked for me

2. fix your arm e.g. with handcuffs to your bed or somewhere else. Take a glas where you can NOT reach the bottom with your fingers.
