The link is safe, no hidden redirect or anything. Erome is pretty good too, it's just a video hosting site. No overly intrusive ads or any particularly shady stuff. It's a good host for vids like this imo

Is there a reason the third episode on mega is 30 minutes long, while the version on erome is 53 minutes long?

My best advice is just practice, work on it once a day, or once every other day. Work the muscles until they get tired. As you strengthen them you will notice a stronger connection with your cock. The stronger your muscles get the easier it will be to achieve an HFO.
