Hey, just published this.
Its not a tease as such, just a little choose your own adventure style game, with lots of endings.
I'd be interested in knowing what people think.

I do like how you can take control of the situation

I liked it very much... I'll "try" not to replay it too many times :)

I don't mind replays tbh, what I'd really like to do is force people to spend a little time reading and getting in the mood.
If you just flick through to the page you're interested in seeing it loses the impact of being in the moment, or thinking about your decisions.
I was going to use the delays to slow you down, but it appears there's no way to make a delay that stops the buttons from being active until the delay is complete.
(Except by duplicating pages, which seemed like a lot of work.)
This is my first tease so it was largely an experiment.
I do a lot of flash work so I'd really like to make a more in depth game/tease that had variables and gambling in it, that excites me but the nyx system is a little limited.
Anyone have ideas?

This was great, I love this sort of storyline where you try to resist but cannot... very engaging.

Its not too much work to duplicate a page. this is how I put random elements into my flashteases too (theres probably an easier way but it involves editing the script and thats far too technical for me)
how i put a random chance button on a page is to duplicate the same page many times and have them on a 1 second loop with a different button on each page...
For example i might have 3 pages with the same picture and text and a button saying Continue
page 1 is on a 1 second delay link to page 2, page 2 to page 3 and page 3 to page 1.
then the continue button on page 1 links to page 4, page 2 to page 5, page 3 to page 6.........
but you have to think of some way of getting them to not hit continue immediately, maybe by saaying something like 'edge before you continue'
uhhm, im sure theres a better way of explaining it. and im pretty sure theres a simpler way if you know programming...

Cheers cumhardy.
I see how that works.
Still, I should look through the code for the game thats produced, see if I can't modify it there.
If I were to make a game in Flash with a similar format, do you reckon I could get someone to authorize it being published here?
Who would I talk to about it?
Thanks for your responses folks.
