Estim configuration is common (left- & right-) to head, left+ to shaft, right+ to under balls or lowest possible to shaft.
Or what ever you like is best for you. !!

The .funscript is just the regular script, the .mp3 is the estim conversion.
Means you can either try it as is or if there are frequencies that work better for you you can look at doing a custom conversion from the script using this

I have created set of restim scripts which is in progress folder, but was dissapointed with the video... it seems the producers combined footage from 2 takes that were either at different time, with different camera or with different lightning, so when these swaps between the takes happen it breaks the immersion for otherwise nice experience.
