Hey! The game is amazing like always! I really enjoy it, continue like that :D

Just one question, i dont understand how "broken" status works. Because sometimes it just appear (when i have life and not too much lust) and i lost the game

The Hero receives a Broken status effect when a Bad Ending has been triggered. This can be due to several conditions, do you remember what you were doing when the status effect appeared?

Update: it looks like #2 is more than just Nova. The other Grove enemies (except Iris) are also affected. Edit: Bosses included.

Actually this happens because I was preparing the game for the battle system rework, so all the initial enemies don't have this dialogue anymore, but don't worry, it only happens in v1.20

I've done a couple of tests and Leah seems to be spawning normally, but I'll keep looking.

found an infinite loop with Leah

go fight Leah
there is math involved
if you end up with negative HP you will continually pass out and the lust ending will never trigger.

Not sure if the bug exists for all of her "attack types", but it for sure happens with anal.

reloading to recover from the loop blew up my cookie

Losing to Serena still says "cum addiction" it's adding to corruption correctly, just confusing to read

Game's pretty cool but it's a little bit too hard for me. I often die even in the first location like forest or groove. It's just so random it's sometimes annoying.

Thx for reporting it grelgen, It came to my knowledge that the same thing was happening to Suzie. Everything should be fixed now

I'm sorry to hear that Ganyu, Is there a specific scene/event/encounter where randomness annoys you? Maybe I can help you with it

I'm in the same boat as Ganyu, can't really get far in the game... Been trying since v0.85 and haven't even been able to get all the map pieces. With the current build, can't even get out of the grove or forest. It's a shame, as I would love to explore the full game. There's so much difficulty and randomness it's incredibly hard to progress.

It's been a while since the last real strategy discussion has happened. here's my ruleset on getting out of the forest/grove:
Legacy Mode:
day 1:

pick attack power as your initial perk; fight once, rest to at least 80 hp, fight second, drink what ever potion you get, rest till sleep

day 2:

fight once, rest to at least 80 hp, fight second, drink what ever potion you get, if you don't have codex by now, explore and escape from everything till you get it.

day 3:

if you get city on first explore, hopefully you got enough money from the first four fights to afford the backpack, maybe the tavern will get you there. don't worry about the blacksmith till you have 50 gold on day like 7 or 8

day 4+:

You have the backpack! every day is explore-explore-potion. Store all the potions. Eventually, you are gonna have enough health pools to explore a third time which will allow you to get a second potion each day. At the end of each day, before you sleep, drink potions to build your pools only if you have blue potions to reduce your corruption.

Should I fight a boss?:

get attack power as your second perk and once you have either the mittens or the knuckles you will have 15 attack. this should be more than enough to take on the giggles, the sweet scent, and the waving lady. If you have the woman training, it's a shot in the dark. the first chance you can fight her your attack isn't high enough. if you wait too long, your pools might not be deep enough. just have to chance it

Normal Mode:

Don't fight any bosses, just farm codex points on all the randoms.
having each one beaten 5 times is +10 score which translates to +100 points every subsequent run (unless you get a bad end).
If you have 20 corruption and all your addictions are over 45, just rest/sleep to day 15, end the game and get your points.

You don't have to beat a boss to go to the next area, once you have 20 gold, you can just go buy the map. maybe the fights there are less random.

I love the game. Im getting farther each time. How do i find the person the city soldier wants me to get? Maybe make it easier to find the girl we are looking for. Im trying to collect all pieces of the map which i assume gets me to the final boss. I cant come across all boss fights to collect all the pieces. Anyway to meet the bosses if they don't all show up?

Also, does deleting the save delete the points i built up. I want to turn on shemales but dont think i can without deleting save.

yes, you have to reset your progress to turn shemales on.

There's still room to develop your own strategy: Me personally, if all is going well, prefer to defeat the forest/grove boss on the first day it appears, especially if it's Leah, and then buy the backpack. The extra exp and gold both are a huge boost.

But you should do whatever you feel most confortable with and be prepared adapt your choices in case things get out of hand
