Thanks, That hurts my head trying to work out if its the same person. Some galleries look so similar and others not
Not Saffron Taylor, her nose is different. I think she is only known as Ella or Alessandra:

Don't know her real name, or what she is called on other sites.
There are only about 16 photo sets and videos of her. Of those, only about 13 with a different outfit or setting.

Especially seeing that Ella/Allesandra's photo sets have some variation.

Images stills could also be taken from Ella's videos as another option of getting more images.
