Estim file recommendations

Hello people,
just interested if someone has some Estim files to recommend. It shouldn't be Painful, kind of on the longer side, get more intensive over time and if possible has a video :D
If someone knows something that fits these criteria don't hold back :D

Problem with this list is, that a lot of the things there aren’t available anymore :/ so I thought maybe some people have some other sources…

Most (if not all) of the things linked should be available, of yourse you may have to look around in the thread, or on eroscripts. Often times estim files get added later in the thread or people re-upload the videos on Mega or via torrent. Not everything will be presented on a silver platter, but it's definitely doable.
