Yes and no. It’s true that being in a small cage for good amounts of time can shrink your length slightly. This is mainly due to the elastic skin not being stretched when getting erect, happens a lot while we sleep. However, the change is minimal and not permanent. After a day or two outside the cage it will return to normal. It may feel tight getting an erection after long periods of time caged but not painful or uncomfortable.
The time it takes for this to happen depends on the person, but you may begin to notice if you are really measuring constantly after a few months of constant wear.
It’s like not using a muscle for a certain amount of time. Your body will adjust to little movement in the area, but once you start using it again your body begins to build it back.
