Alright, I have had very limited time to work on putting these lists together, and it has been very tedious and challenging considering there was way more releases this year than I ever realized. way more in each category, and it was really hard to organize and categorize when I have only seen a small fraction of the ones I have listed. So after a lot of skimming and having to redo some of these, and with the help/advice of dpl here and there.. reaching out to a few other creators but I just didn't have the time I hoped to do this over the holidays. This is still something I really wanted to do, and tried my best not to leave anyone out, I tried to dive pretty deep on here. And I know this isn't the place for getting personal, but I have been in a very dark place this past year or 2 and wanted to give back a little and give recognition to the great creations and creators on here, a place that has helped - even if it ain't the most healthy habit- get me through, and find new ways to explore creativity and the excitement that is CH
Until I can complete my first work in progress. and be a part of this list next year, I tried to separate as best I could but please let me know or feel free to use this site to make your own edits to my lists.. easy enough to copy and past from the poll but I have no more time for a week or so. and wanted to get this out already since I seen guilherme tried to beat me to it! hah all good tho we all have the same intent, but I was overwhelmed after getting your tops you listed me, and then finding out how much there really were I couldn't leave any out like I said..
I couldn't exactly finish sorting through the best overall list so some of the others may be short and missing some that fall in that category, so again if anyone wants to point out where some should be, I can at least easily create a new poll with the additions that get suggested. or if anyone isn't happy with which list their's ended up in, let me know..

I wanted to do a "best of the best" category as well with like the 'vets' releases this year, but I just do not have the time to do so right now and want to get this out there while I can.. so here it is, Happy New Year!

Yes well as I said there's too many creations to just include some favourites. Wanted to give everyone a chance and tried to categorize as best I could. Everyone's got their own preference so that's why I tried splitting them up, and doing an overall

Please look for the ones with the **'s beside them if you have already voted, consider revoting because i had an option or two missing - i was able to transfer over some of the stats from the first timer poll. i think i have 2 wait 24 hrs before doing the rest.
Also I just may throw together a little edit for a rewards ceremony type thing when the results are in. maybe throw a pmv of sorts together from clips from all winners..

I agree Overdrive was great, but the beats were off and really took away from the experience. softcore colab 3 & 4 were not only huge milestones for this community but very, very well put together and imo 3 should be winning but looks like 4 is the fan favourite. maybe just recency bias who knows

My apologies as I definitely did my best to scour for releases from the past year but some slipped through the cracks, if you list the name of your piece what I can do is make a poll for it on its own and post the link below the originals listing what its for.
Seeing as I've learned this site only lets me add in the votes up to a certain amount i guess then I can't do anymore.

Best First Timer poll doesn't seem to work. When I choose my artist it throws me straight into the results and doesn't log my vote.

On second thought This has gotten pretty messy.. I may just have to redo this whole thread and the polls.. and start it over...
