Not sure about this video yet but I achieved one with the original audio. You definitely need to surrender yourself to it and make sure you have no distractions, do the breathing, tensing of the muscles, and are comfortable. Don't think about anything else and just imagine visibly what is being described. It takes time and practice and might not happen on the first go round but when you finally have one, WOW!!!

However... I wasn't able to HFO. Even tho I had been an entire week abstaining, no luck, I had to jerk.

HFO takes a lot of practice. Maybe there are some people who just can't get it to work, but I bet most can with enough dedication. Using a video I think is probably actually harder for your first HFO. The key is to just really let go, and I think that's easier with just an audio file. I watched this one lying down using my VR headset since I find that very immersive. If I was sitting in a chair watching on a desktop or a laptop, I'm pretty sure I wouldn't be able to get there.

I'd try a couple of Shibby's more popular files and just keep coming back to them. One key idea for me was that it's ok to "pretend" that hypnosis is working. Sounds silly, but that's in some sense how it works. You pretend until you're not really pretending anymore. It also helps to abstain from cumming for a few days, and just leave yourself open to the experience. Even then, if I get out of practice it can be hard to get back into the habit of letting it work, and sometimes it just doesn't. But when it does, it's pretty amazing. If you find a file enjoyable but it's not quite getting you there, just keep giving it a try when you're in the mood and one day it might click.
