First of all: Seems like she is up for some experiments which is really good! Talking can never be bad but I'd recommend talking and taking small steps first. With what you want to do you might ask too much from her right of the bat. Usually you should takes things slow.
This includes: Talking about it first. But also starting off slow. As in ask her if she would be up to try to use cuffs on you in bed. Work your way there. Try things one by one. And don't start off with the "crazy" more extreme things.
