I think pretty much all CH's out there specifically mentions the reward round before it starts, so you have a chance to opt out at that point. And similarly, there are also plenty of CH's that have no reward round at all.
If you want to play games with it. Just flip a coin the next time you get go a reward round. If it comes up tails, you skip it.
You can take a look at the videos in my signature, some have rewards and some don't, and some gives you the clear option to opt out.

Most of the Audition videos by Pseudonym don't have you cum at the end.
A bunch of the RLGL videos don't have you cum.
Lust Dream is another really great one.

Check out Blue Magic Challenge 1 & 2.
Take a few days break from any self-stimulation, and plan on watching BMC1, and then BMC2 the following day. Really great.

im pretty sure theres a couple of mokkori's titles with no finish. cant remember which ones but i wanna say at least 2 end like this.
