Restrict accounts to 1 tease post per 24 hour period

Restricting accounts to 1 tease post per 24 hour period would allow most tease authors to continue using the site like normal, while encouraging the more "post happy" authors to consolidate their work.

I usually post once a week or once every three days for this exact reason. I did it a long time ago and felt bad about it.

Once per day is even too much. I can't understand one can make good stuff in less than a month... So I would advocate for max once per month. And I strongly support this idea because we got spammed recently

I think a max of at most once every 7 days would help.
Looks like fibonacci re-released of bunch of old flashteases converted to Eos, even though most of the old ones didn't seem to be broken?
