Hmm I'm not sure exactly what you mean. When I run it I'm hearing the metronome and it's consistent with the target BPM. Was it on a specific page or the entire time? Also, did you happen to try switching the metronome in the audio settings? Maybe that will work better for you!

Pease give more details: What browser are you using, device details (windows/android/ios/etc. age, speed, etc.), etc.

I also have this metronome problem with both FapJack with Mia and Furry Fapjack Clubs but not with the other Fapjack versions. I tried all 4 of the audio profile options in Fapjack Clubs, and possibly some miss fewer beats than others but none are playable.

I play on an older tablet running Chrome browser. The only other tease I recall problems with is Rosaria's Hentai Lottery which crashes after playing a while. I assumed it was maxing out my tablet's resources or something.

I tried these teases on my more recent android phone, both with Firefox & Chrome. I haven't used it for teases before and find I can't access the bottom lines in teases running on the firefox browser and can't get the Chrome browser to open EOS or flash teases, I'll have to poke around more to determine why.

But as is, Furry Fapjack on Firefox will eventually start a game without my input and while I can't select "hit" or "stand" it does seem to be playing beats properly.

So possibly this issue has to do with limited resource machines and/or currency of browser? Perhaps qatguy is also playing on an older/limited machine?

The newer FapJacks use a dynamic metronome that is a bit resource intensive. I'll see what I can do make it work a little better on lower end hardware.

There's still a number of other bugs in that tease, and it's not meant to be playable, just an example, but I'd like to know if the changes to the metronomes help on old/lower end devices before I put much more time into that code path.

Just checked and seems about the same with the default audio profile. It erratically & unrhythmically gives maybe 10-30% of expected beats. Changing to the alternate audio profile seems to work better and seems to get the number of beats but in a very unrhythmical manner, if that makes sense.

It is a great tease and for me the first time it ends with a ruined orgasm. i had no bugs or anything in my first run.

Thanks. How old of a device are we talking about?

Could you try the same teases on OpenEOS and let me know if that player works any better/worse on these older devices than Milovana's Eos player?

On mobile devices, you usually need to run Eos teases in full screen mode. (Click the ⛶ box icon in the upper right of the tease.) Not sure why Chrome won't load Eos, but possibly a caching issue. (Try clearing the browser's cache.)

Testing on an older iPad, it seemed better (some interruptions in metronome when changing pages, etc., but playable) than the current code running FapJack with Mia:

Yeah, I've tried full screen, not full screen, allowing content to show around cutout and not, changed display size as well as text size and a few more things unsuccessfully. The phone's only about 2 yo with current updates, I haven't noticed anything similar on any site except milovana's eos and flash teases. Hadn't even noticed till now since I do teases on my tablet with a bit bigger screen.

I do hope you're dealing with this as just an interesting little puzzle and not overly devoting effort on my behalf. It doesn't seem it's affecting others much. I am curious about the cause, and do like the advances you keep implenting & freely offering to the community, and of course would like to play these newest teases but I accept my old tablet's just not going to keep up with advances forever. Eventually I'll replace it. I mean I did move on from dialup on my Amiga at some point.

If it's an old KitKat device, then no wonder! That'll have an ancient WebView, since that wasn't automatically updated until Android 5.0.

Yeah, I indented to clean up/optimize the metronome code eventually anyway -- though, I don't think there's any way it'll ever work on an old Android 4.4 device.

That one uses three sample instances instead of 2, but I doubt that'll make a difference -- didn't on any of the devices I tested.

I no longer have any functional Android 4.4 devices to test on. Rolled off the supported list for my day job long ago.

I've just updated the code base to include the changes that fapnip and Carnal1 have been working through! If anyone was experiencing issues with the metronome, please give the latest version a shot and let us know how it works!
